I chose Old Town Boutique Suites for its proximity to the Old Town Square and the Clementinum, as I really wanted to explore these landmarks. To my surprise, the housekeeping service provided on a limited basis was exceptional. Additionally, the Japanese cuisine at Sushi, one of the hotel's 2 restaurants, was a delightful experience.
Could've been cleaner. Heaters in 2 bathrooms didn't work, resulting in an unpleasant smell of damp/mildew.

All in all everything was nice, as a bonus I received ironing free of charge. Luxury room, comfortable bed, central heating, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven. Setting near the old town, old city center. Helpful staff and lots of activities.

Exceptional service with a warm welcome and useful tips. Stylish apartment with all amenities. Enjoyed Japanese cuisine, but disappointed that there wasn't a winery attached. Staff was helpful with check-in and luggage storage. A residential building added to the charm. Nothing to dislike. Kudos!

I had great stay for a weekend in the city centre!
Everything was great, except the weather; it was hot outside. Its location was indeed magnificent, near New Town.

The hotel's decoration was charming and elegant, with beautiful furniture and artwork that reminded me of my grandmother's house. The general areas were well-maintained and had comfortable seating areas where I could relax and read a book. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel, with no stairs to climb and spacious corridors that easily accommodated my walker.
I would have appreciated if the children working there had a little more patience and understanding for senior guests. They were helpful, but sometimes lacked the gentle touch that older folks require.

Our stay at Old Town Boutique Suites was excellent value for money. The apartment was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and all of Prague's attractions within walking distance. The staff, especially Olga and Karina, were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful tips and making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement with more variety.

Personal warm welcome and lots of useful information about Prague: The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful, they made us feel right at home. They gave us great tips on exploring the city and even recommended some hidden gems that we wouldn't have discovered on our own. It felt like having your own personal tour guide!
Minor maintenance issues: While the overall experience was great, we did notice a few minor maintenance issues in the apartment. There was a musty smell in the bathroom and visible damp and flakey paint in some areas.

The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment was spacious, modern, and quiet, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring. Karina, the host, was incredibly helpful and met us at the apartment, saving us from the hassle of picking up keys late at night with our three kids in tow. The transport she arranged for us from the airport was also top-notch. we highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay in Prague.

I received a "warm" welcome and lots of info about Prague! The apartment had stylish furniture, a washing machine , and a winery attached! So convenient for when I wanted to get my drink on.
The lack of express check-in was devastating. I had to wait a whole extra minute to start my fabulous vacation.
